Fixes QR codes to reliably point at public jsDelivr URLs. v1.0.0 tag was reused/moved to update content, which worked for most files after a CDN purge but left one QR (ark-captain) permanently stuck on jsDelivr's cached tag-resolution — jsDelivr treats tags as immutable and doesn't guarantee purge invalidates that layer. This release uses a fresh tag instead; do not reuse/move it for future content changes — cut a new tag each time.
