Local-first POS demo milestone

Small POS is a public MIT-licensed reference implementation for small F&B workflows.

Included

  • Demo PIN-gated local shell
  • Empty table → local open order
  • Add, increment, decrement, and remove menu items
  • Integer-VND totals and discount calculation
  • Local cash/card/transfer payment validation, printable receipt, and guarded table release
  • GitHub Actions unit, build, leakage, and fixture Playwright coverage

Safety boundary

Fixture/demo data only. This is not production payment software. No real payment gateway, customer data, cloud sync, persistence after reload, multi-device concurrency, e-invoices, refunds, payroll, or production deployment guidance.
