- spawnDshServer uses process.execPath (Electron built-in Node) to run
  dsh, bypassing system PATH and shebang entirely
- resolveDshBin checks process.resourcesPath/vendor for pre-bundled dsh
- package.json extraResources will bundle vendor/dsh into .app/Resources
- CHANGELOG & READMEs updated, version bumped to 0.2.0
