basically a hevel fork with a bar and keybinds

you'll need: neuwld and neuswc

to install:
bmake
# bmake install

or sh install.sh

current broken/not implemented stuff:

• workspace scrolling not yet working
• closing a focused window
• bar rendering too high on x axis
• properly handling multiple monitor setups
