Bug fixes

• Resolve original Visual Studio 2015 (v140) installation layouts and x86/x64 host-target tool paths without copying them into a modern layout.
• Add explicit existing Windows SDK root selection with --sdk-dir. Support the original unversioned tool directories only for SDK 10.0.10240.0, 10.0.10586.0 and 10.0.14393.0 when the versioned directory is absent.
• Preserve source-compatible public entrypoints and modern exact-version selection. Missing tools, unsupported architecture combinations and unavailable selections fail with diagnostics.

Implemented in #199.

Verification scope

The legacy directory and selection contracts are covered by fixtures and CLI tests; real VS2015/early-SDK compilation was not available for this release. Legacy MSVC reports verified family 14.0, not a verified compiler patch version. Modern Windows compilation and the existing doctor checks passed CI. These results do not certify Unity IL2CPP or PyOxidizer builds.
