Behaviour change in photoshop_execute_jsx

The error contract of the photoshop_execute_jsx tool changed in this release.

• Before (v0.1.12): a failing script returned {"success": true, "result": "{\"error\": \"...\", \"success\": false}"}
  — the tool-level success flag stayed true and the error was buried inside result.
• Now: a failing script returns {"success": false, "error": "..."}.

If you adopted this tool in v0.1.12 and were checking only the tool-level success flag,
failed scripts previously looked successful. Check success (or handle the error key)
to detect failures.
