Bob Lock V1.0.0 release

This is the first release of Bob Lock!

What does this mod do?

• Change the view bobbing to be a lot simpler!
• What could be next? Config! Change how it bobs :^)
• Fix versions, so that i can smoothly port it to new and old versions alike!
