Rewrite the Initial Configuration section to describe the step-based onboarding wizard (welcome, overview, data source, connect, units, alarm basics, recommended alarms, tabs, notifications, privacy, done) and the deferred Notifications/Calendar/Bluetooth permissions, with screenshots of the welcome, overview, data-source, and connect steps.
Corrected capitalization in 'Deferred permissions' section and clarified the Camera permission description.
Clarified the camera permission request explanation.
Clarified the context for requesting camera permission in the setup guide.

Rewrites the Initial Configuration section of the Setup & Features guide for the new first-run onboarding wizard, replacing the old description of the launch-time permission prompts (which are gone).
