• Introduced a predefined final state fsm.DefaultFinalState with predefined Id fsm.StateFinal
• Github repository renamed from github.com/lordofscripts/go-ask to github.com/lordofscripts/goask because it was giving compilation problems when used in other projects
• Changed all references from go-ask to goask
• Updated the cmd/demo-ivr sample application to use two final states, one defined in the app and the other the predefined version.
