Updates the bundled Loro core and FFI to 1.17.1.

  • Add exportPendingUpdates(), returning optional Data for received updates waiting for missing dependencies. Save it alongside a consistent snapshot; restore the snapshot before the pending bytes.
  • Preserve stateVv() and the existing JSON export APIs. Add throwing tryExportJsonUpdates methods for typed errors.
  • Undo and redo consume at most one recorded history item per call. A remote-deleted edit can return false while older undo history remains available.

All 43 Swift tests passed against the released XCFramework, including pending-update recovery and collaborative undo. The package includes iOS, macOS, Mac Catalyst, and visionOS libraries, with device and simulator variants where applicable.

The downloaded release ZIP matches the checksum in Package.swift and release-artifact.json:
