HACS Update Action Tracker — Now built into Custom Component Monitor

Custom Component Monitor now includes the HACS Update Action Tracker, giving you a single integration to both monitor unused components and manage HACS updates that need follow-up. When updating a component, you can automatically capture a to-do item with the release notes attached — so breaking changes and required steps never get overlooked.

What's new:

• Update Action Tracker dashboard card — lists pending HACS updates with Skip, Update, and Update & Action buttons
• todo.hacs_update_actions entity — persistent to-do list for updates requiring follow-up, with full release notes attached
• custom_component_monitor.update_and_action service — installs a HACS update and logs the to-do item in one step
