v1.5.1 — Update Action Tracker card fixes

Fixed

Progress bar now shows the real install percentage instead of a random/indeterminate bar (#66).
Release-note alerts render properly — both <ha-alert> and GitHub > [!NOTE/TIP/WARNING/…] styles — and layout-only HTML wrappers (e.g. <div align="center">) no longer show as literal tag text (#68).
Updates are listed alphabetically, like native HACS (#69).
