v1.5.4 — icon-pack detection fix

Fixed

• Icon packs whose icons are applied at runtime by a companion integration (e.g. thermal_comfort setting icon: tc:…) are no longer shown as unused. The scanner now also checks live entity states for custom icon prefixes, not just dashboards and the entity registry. (#56)
