What's new in v1.9.0

The five monitor sensors now have proper units and are tracked as long-term statistics, so History shows real graphs instead of bare numbers.

Added

  • state_class: measurement and a descriptive unit_of_measurement on all five count sensors — Home Assistant now records hourly statistics and the values render with a labelled axis:
    • HACS Installed Components -> components
    • HACS Updates -> updates
    • Unused Custom Integrations -> integrations
    • Unused Custom Themes -> themes
    • Unused Frontend Resources -> resources

Upgrade notes

  • Nothing to do — the new unit and statistics apply automatically after updating. Existing history is preserved; long-term statistics begin accumulating from this version.
