What's Changed
- Adds the ability to select / de-select any of the included joke providers
- New service to explain the jokes using the built-in AI task functionality

NOTE: Different models for your AI tasks functionality will produce different levels of joke explanation.
I could add the ability for you to choose which model to use, and also to customise the prompt to allow you to tailor the output to be for children under the age of X, or whatever... but I already have an addiction to GitHub Copilot and creating things for Home Assistant - so at some point I need to stop and do my day job. 🤣
If you really want these things, create an issue. Or even better, create a PR!
