v1.0.1: bug fix for retrobalt

Changes:

• Retrobalt will now normalize file names before downloading.

v1.0.0: retrobalt is live!

Everything should work fine, I even attached a disk image (retrobalt_v1.iso) if you want to burn it to a cd or attach to a virtual machine. The image includes retrobalt, the source code and go1.2.2 compiler.
