[equalizer] Add a global save option when customizing preset

Hi,
In equalizer > Sonar mode. when defining or updating preset "point", it automatically applies changes. and in my case, the sound goes off. (but that's another story) (need to close and reopen Spotify for ex.)
could it be possible to wait for all changes and have a global save or apply button.

This is a big problem, I didn't found a way to change without restart pipewire (the sound), but maybe I can make a delay to let you change before restart pipewire.
