Reverted the #223 and #230 fixes from 1.4.19: they made filter-chain
crashes more frequent on some hardware, not less.#223 pinned node.pause-on-idle=false on the Game/Chat/Media loopback playback nodes
so a channel could not go silent while idle; #230 added a cross-process
lock around the daemon's and the GUI's link rewrites. Individually sound,
together they raised how often pipewire-filter-chain's convolver hits an
underlying PipeWire concurrency bug: keeping the loopback/EQ/HeSuVi chain
continuously active (rather than letting it suspend on idle, as before
1.4.19) gives that bug far more chances to trigger, and locking closed
only two of the writers that can race into it — confirmed live on
affected hardware, where the crash recurred even after two more writers
(asm-router's stream moves, the Discord screen-share guard) were locked
the same way. node.pause-on-idle=false and the lock are removed, along
with the watchdog safety net added on top of #223 (which would have
misfired against the restored normal idle-suspend). This reopens #223's
original symptom — a channel can go silent until something else in the
chain is actively playing — as the accepted trade-off: intermittent
silence beats a crash loop. #230 stays open for a proper fix.
