Ask the PR author to sign the agreement
When they submit a signature PR, add their username here: https://github.com/lottie/clabot-config/blob/main/.clabot
On the signature PR, send a message containing @cla-bot check to double check everything works fine
Merge the signature PR
If there are other PRs by that author message @cla-bot check on them

If cla-bot isn't working, make sure it's installed https://github.com/organizations/lottie/settings/installations
