Per-project session view (faster /resume)

When Working directory is set, Launch rebuilds that profile's sessions/ to hardlink only rollouts whose session_meta.cwd matches the folder, and writes a filtered session_index.jsonl.

Result

• /resume lists this project history (not an empty list after changing folders)
• Loading is faster than scanning the full multi-GB shared library
• Real data stays in the shared store (e.g. F:\CodexData\.codex); profiles get a slim view via hardlinks

Fallback

• Empty Working directory → previous full shared-library behaviour

Fix: resume shows sessions after copy / cwd change

Codex resume lists sessions from session_index.jsonl at the profile root, not only from the sessions/ folder.

Previously we only junctioned sessions/. Copied profiles were missing the shared index, so resume showed No sessions yet even when session files existed.

This release

• On Launch / copy: hardlink session_index.jsonl, history.jsonl, state_5.sqlite (+ wal/shm) to the shared Codex home
• Keep sessions/ + archived_sessions junctions as before

Note on Cwd filter

Codex UI still defaults to Filter [Cwd] (current working directory). Sessions for D:\New_god\rednote only appear when Working directory is that path (or you switch filter to All inside Codex). The history is not deleted when you change folders.
