[BUG] Trees appear on paths and roads in forested landuse areas

Describe the bug
In locations where landuse that generates trees and grass overlaps with footways and highways, the trees and grass will appear on top of these features.

Arnis and Minecraft version

Couldn't reproduce this in the build from latest source, probably was fixed already
