• A module Web Worker that imports a plain .ts module no longer crashes under oj dev with HTMLElement is not defined or window is not defined. React Refresh now applies only where Vite's oxc plugin applies it, to a .jsx/.tsx file or code naming the JSX runtime, so a capitalized function export in a .ts file gets no refresh glue. The error overlay loads without HTMLElement, as Vite's does, and the refresh glue skips registration inside a worker, as plugin-react's does.
