Bug Fixes

• Windows terminal size: Fixed terminal always showing 80x24 regardless of actual window size. Root cause: term.GetSize() on Windows requires an OUTPUT console handle (os.Stdout), but was using INPUT handle (os.Stdin).
• Windows output CR/LF: Fixed cat and other commands showing all lines on one line. Added OPOST + ONLCR SSH terminal modes so remote PTY always translates NL to CR-NL.
• Windows ANSI support: Enabled ENABLE_VIRTUAL_TERMINAL_PROCESSING on stdout for proper ANSI escape sequence handling (colors, cursor movement).
• Android/Termux SIGSYS crash: Fixed fatal SIGSYS (bad system call) on Android/Termux. Root cause: exec.Command("getprop") triggers faccessat2 syscall which Android seccomp blocks. Replaced with direct resolv.conf file parsing.

New Features

• Termux DNS fallback: Auto-detects Android/Termux environment and configures Go DNS resolver, falling back to 8.8.8.8 / 1.1.1.1.
