Bug Fixes / 修复

• Fix Ciphers/MACs not applied to ProxyJump hop connections — jumpConfig in connectViaJumpHost was missing ssh.Config, so -o Ciphers=... had no effect when the ProxyJump hop itself is a legacy/embedded SSH server / 修复 ProxyJump 中间跳连接未应用 Ciphers/MACs 配置的问题。
• Fix -o Ciphers/-o MACs unable to override ssh_config file settings — applyOption had a len()==0 guard copied from applyEntry, preventing CLI -o from overriding a Host block that already set Ciphers/MACs. Removed the guard; CLI -o now correctly takes highest priority (matches OpenSSH semantics) / 修复 -o Ciphers=... 无法覆盖 ~/.ssh/config 中已有 Ciphers 配置的问题，符合 OpenSSH 优先级语义（CLI > 配置文件）。
