Calling ot_kmac_connect_app or ot_kmac_start_pending_app with an invalid app_idx is not a guest error. Use an assert instead. Also improve num_app checks in ot_kmac_realize. Signed-off-by: Loïc Lefort <loic@rivosinc.com>
