I ran this once in production and could ping it from home and it broadcasted to rabbitmq. I need to come back to this quite badly- it needs to save a record of games happening in case a client doesn't recieve them downstream. Then, it needs to support an api that allows clients to query missed games or any game. Eventually, it will need to claim ownership of its data- namely, the Results table should be owned by this service and have its schema defined here.
If this breaks I'll cry.
