v2.0.9 — First-send attach and generation timings

Patch after v2.0.8: first send on a new topic stays attached, SSE live-tails instead of replaying the full event log, and the message footer shows generation timings for every model. Upgrade like any patch — pull 2.0.9 or :latest, restart, let migrations run.
