Pathmatcher v1.8.6

Bugfix release:

• Fix reorientation_registration_helper.py import of pathmatcher and uses auto_acpc_reorient instead of spm_auto_reorient (deprecated).
• Improve log and simulation report outputs (especially: commandline is now properly saved with quotes, so copy/pasting should now work, whereas before the user needed to restore quotes manually).
• Various chores (github actions cleaning and updating etc).
