Learn about vigilant mode.

A very early test release for anyone who finds it, the UI sucks rn but this is mainly to focus on making it work, not look good. The python script was compiled with PyInstaller (I used pyinstaller main,py --collect-all modio --onefile). While attempting to remove the command prompt will running the program, it kept triggering windows antivirus (as a trojan horse for some reason) so for the moment, the command prompt will have to stay open
