Fixes

• Close now shuts down all tenant pools in parallel (each pgxpool.Close blocks until its in-flight connections return; serializing 100+ tenants was a minutes-long drain), releasing the internal read lock before draining.
• Use WaitGroup.Go for the parallel close.

• New docs/parameters.md section: per-tenant DSNs and authentication models (shared role + RLS, one LOGIN role per tenant, SET ROLE), what tpool overrides in the DSN, credential hygiene.
• DSNFunc godoc expanded (called once per pool at Register; secret/shard routing).
• README: Install section (go get), complete *Conn and Pool method lists (BeginTx, SendBatch, CopyFrom, Ping, Conn).
