FaultDebug v1.2.0-rc.1

FaultDebug 1.2.0 Release Candidate 1

This is a pre-release candidate, not the final stable v1.2.0 release. The Python package version is 1.2.0rc1; the native CMake project version is 1.2.0.

Validation on this exact tag: local core CTest 20/20 and gRPC CTest 21/21 passed; both local release-gate profiles passed including source compatibility and installed-wheel consumers. GitHub Actions run 37117009538 passed both hosted core and gRPC required profiles and uploaded their reports: https://github.com/lsh235/FalutDebugMCP/actions/runs/37117009538

Release assets include the Python wheel, source distribution, and SHA-256 checksums.

Acceptance limits: an independent read-only release audit remains NOT RUN. The 1800-second soak passed its structural oracle and telemetry checks, but its trace is incomplete: 344,793 events were dropped and 9,276 snapshot records were unstable (trace.complete=false). Review these limits before relying on the soak trace. Final stable v1.2.0 acceptance remains pending.
