Add ARM64 support

Absolutely love using your extension, but is there any chance you can add ARM64 support for VS2026 on Windows?

Hi! I have no access to ARM64 Win hardware, but I'll ask LLM try to adapt this VSIX for ARM64. But fix-debug cycle will be broken for me, so I will ask you to check if it works or not =)

Other way, if you have access to ARM64 hardware and to LLM, I will be happy to accept PR with ARM64 support.

Give me few days and I will return with the LLM verdict =)
