Instead, do the pruning at graph building.
loadDiaCatalogs is a downstream task of getRegionTimeFromVisit. Using getRegionTimeFromVisit as the pruning source means unneeded loadDiaCatalogs and mpSkyEphemerisQuery are both pruned.
The script is repplaced by the --prune-unanchored-quanta option in pipetask.
The config file was being copied redundantly. Use the original file directly.
