Clarifying questions asked via ask_lead capture and preserve tool call IDs across turn suspensions so replies persist reliably to child session records upon lead reply, and completed member turns cleanly terminate without stream leaks.
  • Dynamic delegate tool descriptions: Subagent profiles are dynamically formatted in the delegate tool description with clean CommonMark list rendering, keeping prompts tool-agnostic while ensuring built-in and custom subagent capabilities are clearly displayed.
  • As-is reasoning and response formatting: Agent thinking traces and assistant responses render as-is without synthetic newline collapsing or manipulation, preserving the exact line breaks, paragraphs, and spacing emitted by reasoning and chat models.
  • Instant subagent sidebar pruning: Deleting child sessions from the sidebar immediately prunes them from the local cache without resurrection flickers and cleanly redirects navigation to the parent lead session.
  • Prompt guidelines and steering efficiency: Refactored system prompts, parameter schemas, and tool descriptions (patch, read, glob, grep, shell, todo, delegate, schedule, lsp) eliminate common agent execution errors and restrict Plan mode shell execution strictly to read-only inspection commands.
  • Dependency upgrades and MCP Ext-Apps v2: Upgraded web dependencies to React 19.3, Mermaid 12 (ElkJS layout), Lucide React 1.45, and migrated MCP client integration to @modelcontextprotocol/ext-apps v2 with modular client/core architecture.
