Old way of using MediaPlayer and AudioUIVol MAXIMUM profile

Added a button that will play the sample using the deprecated MediaPlayer method.
Added a button that activates an AudioUIVol profile called MAXIMUM.
Added a pdf file at the root of the project that install the profile called MAXIMUM

Recording Sample Rate Selection

Zdded a discrete seek bar for sample rate selection for values : 8000, 12000, 16000, 22000, 32000, 44000 Hz

Quality improvement and media store leak fix.

Changed replay gain to 15.0f, changed sample rate from 8000khz to 44000khz (better quality)
Delete previous file in media store to avoid multiple instance of it.
