Preview Window and Test Button

Added a preview window that shows the cmd content dynamically.
Added a Test button, to preview the cmd.
The test button is available only if the SocketWedge.exe file is found in the directory of SocketWedgeCmdGUI.exe and if the configuration is complete (i.e. the content of the cmd appears in the preview window)
