• "Open task" now lands on the right tmux pane. An agent running inside tmux
  sees the pane's pty, which no terminal owns as a tab, so exact-tab return
  silently degraded to merely activating the app for every multiplexer user —
  which is most people running several agents at once. Sleepwing now selects
  the agent's pane and then focuses the tab its attached client occupies. A
  detached session still gets its pane selected, so a later attach arrives in
  the right place. Panes are addressed by tmux's own %pane/$session
  identifiers rather than session:window.pane names, because a session name
  containing a colon breaks name-based targeting outright.

Fixed

• A health nudge no longer hides which agents are running. The nudge
  deliberately outranks "working" on the companion, but an unanswered one
  had no expiry: unless you pressed one of its three buttons — or locked
  the screen, which hands it to a system notification — it held the stage
  indefinitely while real agent sessions went unreported. An ignored nudge
  now yields the companion back to agent status after ten minutes (the
  same window a snooze earns) and closes its record honestly as skipped
  instead of leaving it pending out of sight. An agent that needs you
  still outranks a live nudge.

Fix release: phantom "Codex needs your approval". Hooks arrive as independent processes, so a pre-Stop PermissionRequest could be delivered after the turn's Stop — it then cancelled the real completion and left the session stuck showing "waiting for input" with nothing left to approve. The completion gate now drops an ask that arrives while that turn's completion is pending; genuine new asks are unaffected (their turn's prompt/tool events clear the gate first). Thanks to a beta user for the report.

Fix release: the exact terminal tab return (0.6.2) worked for hook-command surfaces (Claude Code, Gemini CLI…) but not for OpenCode and pi — their plugin/extension spawns the relay detached, in a new session with no controlling terminal, so no tab route was ever generated there. The hosting process now captures its own terminal device name once at load and ships it in the payload, validated exactly like a process-derived name. Restart OpenCode / pi once after updating so the upgraded plugin loads.

Fix release: the exact terminal tab return introduced in 0.6.1 never actually activated — on macOS, ttyname on an opened /dev/tty reports the alias itself, so the relay found no routable device and every click quietly fell back to app activation. The relay now reads the controlling terminal from the process's own record; the route is verified end-to-end under a real pty. If you installed 0.6.1, update to make "Open task" actually jump to the hosting terminal tab.
