Scalable Translation Statistics - Version 1.1.0

The library offers a model with scalable characterisitics. The characteristics - such as number and size of algebraic loops and number of continuous time states can be chosen by parameters of the model.
The model is a representation in the physical domain of mechanics with masses ans springs.
