Content Strategy

Migrated from the project's Notion documentation, updated to 19 articles (was 18) and 36 glossary terms.

Organized into 5 progressive thematic levels — the sequence is narrative, not just hierarchical: understand the world first, then the problem, then the impact, then what you can do.

Content Strategy

Tone: friendly and informative. Never militant. Never preachy.

Structure of each article:

  • Hook: a surprising fact or a real situation
  • H3 subheadings
  • Inline fact chips (minimum 2 per article)
  • Related articles (2 at the end)
  • CTA: link to /map or /help

SEO: titles written for how people actually search, not how the product presents itself. Example: "How to get rid of stray cats — and why most methods fail" instead of "Why removing cats doesn't work."
