- Header chips now collapse based on terminal width so they never
  wrap onto a second line in narrow terminals (VS Code split panes,
  small Konsole windows). Always-visible: agent role, model,
  provider, mode. Hidden first when cramped: git branch, session,
  streaming, persona alias.
- Session label in the header now shows the user-set title (via
  /sessions \u2192 r) when present; otherwise the short random
  suffix (#a5f5) instead of the full timestamp id.
