Fixed

• config help examples now show valid commands (clockify-cli config list and
  clockify-cli config get/set <param> instead of the non-existent root-level
  get/set)
• project edit help examples now include the edit subcommand and are actually
  runnable (quoted --color value, corrected --archived sample output)
• task done help examples now show valid commands (clockify-cli task done -p cli <task>
  instead of clockify-cli task -p cli done <task>)
• completion help now points to the bash_completion.d directory instead of
  the non-existent bash_cmdcompl.d
• user me help example no longer uses --email, a flag the me subcommand does not have
