Lucee 7.0.6.10-RC

Changes since 7.0.6.9-RC:

  • Compress extension is now the final 2.1.0.3 release (was 2.1.0.2-SNAPSHOT), so this RC only bundles final extension versions.
  • Tomcat bumped to 9.0.123 (CVE-2026-68525, CVE-2026-65905, CVE-2026-65182).
  • Maven Central publish fix (#3005).

There is effectively no change to Lucee's own runtime code.
