Highlights
- Numbered SQL migrations are now the single schema source with checksums, source paths and drift diagnostics.
- Legacy retrieval telemetry is upgraded to compact fields; the active manual token cap is removed from CLI, MCP, UI, configuration and skills.
- Directory-scoped retrieval, automatic compacting, multilingual documentation, migration upgrade tests and local UI validation are included.
- History was intentionally rewritten to one root commit for this release.
