0.6.227 - Shared chat emotes in popouts

• Shared-chat partner emotes now render in popout windows too. A load-order race could wipe the partner emote sets right after a window opened; they are now kept separately and re-merged after every emote reload, so window type and timing no longer matter.
• Viewing a moderated channel (tab or per-channel popout) now loads that channel's own BetterTTV, FrankerFaceZ, and 7TV emote sets, not just your channel's.
• Toggling an emote provider in chat settings refetches the partner and moderated-channel sets under the new preference instead of dropping them.
