OBS browser memory fix

Chat overlays no longer load or repeatedly save dashboard activity history. This removes the shared-storage write trigger confirmed during Jojo's OBS investigation while preserving dashboard activity history and chat subscriptions.

After updating, refresh your LuckyBot chat browser sources in OBS to load the fix. Existing source URLs and scene settings remain valid.

Unit tests and the full build passed. Full-stream OBS soak validation is still pending.
