Crops in sarvey

I hope you are doing well.

I was wondering if you could help me with a SARvey processing question. I would like to crop my input area using minimum and maximum longitude/latitude values, and also reduce the time window used for processing in SARvey. My dataset includes phase-linking results.

Could you please let me know the recommended workflow for doing this in SARvey?

Thank you for your message.
The function subset.py from MintPy is supposed to work with Lat/Lon. But I haven't yet tested it myself. Please have a try and let me know if it works sufficiently.
For creating a temporal subset, please use subset_time.py. I will add this script to the repository in a future version. The script is supposed to work for the slcStack.h5 file. Unfortunately, I haven't yet modified it for the phase linking results from MiaplPy.
