NeXtep v1.2.2 improves video-window sizing and app-strip configuration caching, and adds external workspace control and internationalization.
Updates
- Landscape video in slots: fixes incorrect proportions, shrunken video, and large black borders when moving fullscreen landscape video into a slot, using shared adaptation logic.
- Floating-player sizing: fixes incorrect floating-player dimensions after dragging a slot app to the top control area to move it to the background.
- App strip loading and caching: improves app-list loading and configuration caching to reduce intermittent missing icons in the control area.
- Advanced page: provides Shell commands for external tools to enter or exit workspace mode and query its current state.
- Internationalization: adds Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, English, Japanese, and Korean interfaces.
- Other fixes: fixes other known issues.
Requirements
- Android 16 / ColorOS 16 or Android 17 / ColorOS 17 on an adapted device
- Root access
- Zygisk and LSPosed with modern libxposed API support
- Primarily tested on OnePlus PLK110; current changes have been partially tested on Android 17 / ColorOS 17. Other devices and ROMs require separate adaptation.
Installation
- Download and install the APK below.
- Enable the NeXtep module in LSPosed.
- Select all recommended module scopes.
- Restart the device before use.

NeXtep v1.2.2 优化视频窗口尺寸适配和控制区应用配置缓存，新增外部调用与国际化支持。
更新内容
- 修复横屏视频转入小窗后的显示异常：解决画面比例异常、视频缩小及大面积黑边的问题，采用通用适配逻辑。
- 修复悬浮播放器尺寸异常：解决小窗拖至顶部移入后台后，悬浮播放器尺寸失调的问题。
- 优化控制区应用列表加载与配置缓存：改善应用图标偶发消失的问题。
- 新增高级页面：支持通过 Shell 命令从外部进入、退出小窗模式及查询当前状态。
- 新增国际化支持：提供简体中文、繁体中文、英语、日语和韩语界面。
- 其他问题修复：修复其他已知问题。
使用要求
- 已适配设备上的 Android 16 / ColorOS 16 或 Android 17 / ColorOS 17
- 已获取 Root 权限
- 已安装 Zygisk 和支持新版 libxposed API 的 LSPosed
- 当前主要针对一加 PLK110 测试；本次改动已在 Android 17 / ColorOS 17 上进行部分真机验证，其他设备和 ROM 仍需单独适配。
安装方法
- 下载并安装下方的 APK。
- 在 LSPosed 中启用 NeXtep 模块。
- 勾选模块推荐的全部作用域。
- 重启手机后使用。
