Initial public source release of Coeval.

Coeval helps quality owners analyze representative traces, govern human-reviewed evaluation criteria, validate versioned evaluators against protected truth, and emit policy-free assessment and calibration evidence.

This release includes the TypeScript monorepo, React dashboard, Hono API, PostgreSQL persistence, governed review and evaluator lifecycle workflows, public evidence contracts, and the complete automated test suite.

Coeval is early-stage, source-available software under the Coeval Sustainable Use License v1.0.
