New

  • Overseer now updates itself. When a newer release is on GitHub, a chip in the top bar announces it together with the release notes of every version you skipped. One click downloads the release, installs it in place and keeps your settings and histories. The previous version is stored as a backup and restored automatically if the update fails to start. Read-only installs (e.g. Program Files) get a direct download link instead. Works on both hosts.

Improved

  • Cinema 4D and Blender can run side by side: the Blender build now uses its own port (8788), so its web UI no longer collides with a running Cinema session.

Fixed

  • Blender: the Selection scope never reacted to what you select in the viewport. Selection is now read correctly through the web API.
  • Blender: the Tags health score counted hidden "missing smoothing" items and could show 0 on a scene with nothing left to do. It now only scores what the tab actually shows.

One codebase, two hosts — same web UI and features on both.
