Changes

  • IMAP email ingest now has a shared-hosting fallback that can run after a normal app page load when cron or loopback HTTP requests are unavailable.
  • Pseudo-cron is enabled by default for new self-hosted installations and remains throttled to avoid repeated background runs.
  • New ticket forms no longer carry over the previous company or assignee selection after a ticket is created.
  • New ticket company and assignee values are still preserved on validation errors so users do not lose an in-progress form.

Requires PHP 8.1+.
